Founded by alumni of Cambridge Univeristy and UCL, A.T. Success was created with a clear mission: to empower the next generation of learners with the knowledge, confidence and guidance they need to achieve success - at school, in exams, and beyond.
With extensive expertise across GCSEs, A Levels, entrance exams and university admissions, our team understands the pressures students face and the power of the right support at the right time.
We believe that great tutoring goes beyond just grades. It builds confidence, motivation, and a lasting sense of academic self-belief.
Who We Are

Co-Founder
Abubakr (The A)
Abubakr is a medical student at UCL. He attained 10 A*s in his GCSEs and 3 As in A Level Psychology, Chemistry and Biology.
Abubakr has experience tutoring students from KS1 all the way up to A Level, including children with special educational needs and also uses his own experience to support students studying for their 11+ entrance exams.
He excels in mentoring students for UK’s leading Medical Schools, offering personalised support for personal statements, interviews, and admission tests, recognising the uniqueness of each student.
Abubakr also strives to inspire students by cultivating a strong passion for the subjects taught, offering a flexible approach that blends the GCSE/A Level curriculum with exam technique. Beyond academics, Abubakr is an avid basketball player and loves adventures.

Co-Founder
Terrell (The T)
Terrell is currently studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Cambridge and has obtained a medical science degree in Neuroscience and Psychology. He has a strong academic record with A*A*A in A Level Biology, Psychology and Chemistry as well as 10 A*s at GCSE level.
Terrell has experience tutoring students from KS1 all the way up to A Level, including students with special educational needs. His expertise has extended to guiding students into top Veterinary Schools in the UK through personal statement reviews as well as interview and admission test preparation.
Terrell’s teaching approach focuses on personalised learning, as he is aware each student is different. He creates a supportive environment, emphasising understanding and application in the subject to better prepare students for exams. Beyond academics, Terrell is a keen traveller with a focus on cultural immersion and meaningful volunteering that supports local communities.

Aadarsh
Aadarsh is a fourth year Veterinary Medicine student at Cambridge University with a First Class degree in Biological Anthropology. He achieved eleven 9s at GCSE and 4A* at A level, in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and German.
With over three years’ tutoring experience, Aadarsh supports students across a wide range of levels - from KS1 to A level in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and German, and up to GCSE level in Physics. His lessons cater to each student’s existing gaps in knowledge and application by carefully working through classroom content and exam-style questions. Additionally, Aadarsh offers tailored preparation for 11+ exams and university entrance for Veterinary Medicine, which encompasses personal statement and interview coaching.
Aadarsh helps each student achieve their academic potential and beyond, breaking down barriers for pupils that require a different approach to learning, including neurodivergent children. His teaching style is clear, patient and engaging - crucial for more complex topics that school lessons may fail to fully address. Outside of academia, Aadarsh runs for Cambridge University Athletics Club and also writes music in his spare time.

Maheria
Maheria is currently studying Medicine at the University of Cambridge. She achieved 4 A*’s in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics A Levels and an EPQ, and 12 A*’s at GCSE.
Maheria has many years of experience tutoring KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE and A Level students, including children with disabilities and special educational needs.
She also assists with interview preparation at both 11+ and university admissions level, as well as personal statements and medical school admissions tests.
Maheria has helped many students achieve entry into top UK secondary schools and universities. Aside from academics, Maheria enjoys the gym, cooking and travelling.

Ibrahim
Ibrahim is a BSc Economics student at UCL who achieved A*A*A*A*A* at A-Level in Maths, Further Maths, Economics, Chemistry, and an EPQ. He also achieved nine grade 9s at GCSE and scored 6.5 in the TMUA.
He specialises in tutoring A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Economics, Chemistry and TMUA preparation. His lessons focus on building strong conceptual understanding and effective exam technique, helping students tackle challenging topics with confidence. He is also able to offer guidance on personal statements.
Ibrahim is known for his clear explanations, structured approach, and patient, supportive teaching style. Outside of academics, he enjoys football, basketball, and cricket.

University of Cambridge
Cordelia
Cordelia is a medical student at the University of Cambridge that has a First Class Natural Sciences degree.
She attained A*A*A at A-level in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, and an A in AS Spanish. She has experience tutoring students up to the A-levels, and has been able to support students jump up to 4grades throughout consistent tutoring sessions.
She has also supported students with medical school personal statements and interviews to successfully secure places at Oxbridge, UCL and Imperial.

University of Edinburgh
Aisha
Aisha is a third year medical student at the University of Edinburgh. She achieved 11 grade 9’s at GCSE, A*AA in a-level Biology, Chemistry and Maths, and 3140 Band 1 in the UCAT.
She has over four years of experience tutoring pupils aged 4-18 years old (as well as the occasional adult student), both in classes and individually. She has taught content ranging from KS1 to a-level, including the 11+ and admission exams such as the UCAT.
She understands the importance of tailoring lesson plans to each student’s individual learning style whilst incorporating repeat repetition, active recall and exam techniques.
She makes lessons not only educational but enjoyable, to ensure students fulfil their maximum potential.

Rebecca
Rebecca is a fourth year medical student at the University of Cambridge. She achieved 3 A*s at A-level in Maths, Chemistry and Biology and she aims to use her strong academic credentials and her friendly and approachable demeanour to deliver effective and enjoyable tutoring.
Rebecca is available to tutor a wide variety of subjects up to GCSE level and she is confident tutoring younger children across all core subjects.
Rebecca is reliable, proactive and a clear communicator. She is able to adapt her teaching style to suit each student’s needs in order to build confidence and deepen understanding. Outside of academics she enjoys skiing, sailing and walking her dogs in the countryside.

University of Sunderland
Yousuf
Yousuf holds a First Class Honours Bachelors degree in Medical Sciences and is currently studying Graduate Entry Medicine at the University of Sunderland. He achieved 8 A*s at GCSE and 3 As in A Level Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology.
He specialises in tutoring Biology and Chemistry at GCSE and A Level, helping students master challenging concepts and boost exam performance. In addition, he supports students from KS1 up to GCSE across a range of other subjects, including Maths and English. Yousuf also offers tailored coaching for 11+ entrance exams, UCAT preparation, and personal statements for medical school applications.
Passionate about clear communication and building academic confidence, he is dedicated to making complex topics accessible and engaging. Outside of academics, Yousuf enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and video games.

University College London (UCL)
Amine
Amine is an MEng Biomedical Engineering student at UCL who achieved A at A-Level in Maths and B in Biology and Physics. He also achieved eight grade 9s at GCSE.
He specialises in tutoring A-Level Maths and GCSE Maths, Biology and Physics. His lessons focus on building a strong foundation of understanding fundamentals before delving into more complex topics.
Throughout his lessons he uses the aid of past and mock exam questions to teach exam techniques.
Amine is known for his structured lessons involving clear explanations and exam questions to help practice the knowledge taught.
Outside of academics, he enjoys football, practicing and coaching judo as well as going to the gym.

Soumya
Soumya has recently graduated with a BA (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Cambridge. She achieved 5 A*s at A-level in Maths, Physics, French, Art, and EPQ, alongside 10 A*s at GCSE level.
With over three years of tutoring experience, Soumya teaches students from KS1 to A-level across a range of subjects, specialising in Maths, Physics, and Art. Her approach blends academic rigour with creativity, helping students deepen their understanding and build genuine confidence in their abilities.
She also offers expert guidance for university applications, including personal statement writing, portfolio curation, and interview preparation. Her students have successfully secured places at leading architecture schools such as Cambridge, UCL, and Bath.
Soumya is a driven, approachable tutor who believes that learning is most powerful when it’s personal, inspiring students to ask questions that go beyond the curriculum. With each highly tailored session, she encourages both active dialogue and critical reflection. Beyond academics, she is also a passionate creative who enjoys photography, dance, and painting.

University of Cambridge
Hugo
Hugo is a final year Classics student at the University of Cambridge. He achieved 3 A*s in English Literature, History, and Religious Studies, and an A in Classical Civilisation in his A Levels. He also received nine 9s and three 8s at GCSE.
Hugo completed the Method of Instruction course as an Air Cadet, and having been a Young Leader in the Cubs has a wide experience of helping young people develop and learn. He specialises in teaching humanities and ancient languages. He believes in the importance of contextualising what we study and why it is important to learn.
Outside of learning, he is an avid member of the University Officer Training Corps and an enthusiastic guitar player.

Rayyan
Rayyan is a third year medical student at UCL (currently intercalating at Imperial for Management). He achieved nine grade 9s at GCSE and A*A*A* in A-level Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. He specialises in tutoring GCSE Maths (as well as GCSE further/additional Maths), Biology and Chemistry.
Rayyan’s lessons focus on ensuring students start off by developing a strong and complete foundation in each subject, while also creating tailored lesson plans to suit each student’s individual learning style.
Through clear communication and a supportive teaching style, Rayyan is dedicated to building academic confidence and ensuring students reach their full potential.
Outside of academia, Rayyan enjoys cricket, football and martial arts.
